Autumn Equinox Seasonal Event at Verdala

Mark the turning of the season with an evening of ritual, sound, and connection in the heart of Verdala Wellness Hotel. Guided by the natural rhythm of the equinox, this immersive gathering invites you to ground, attune, and share in the spirit of community.

6:30pm – Welcome & Opening Circle (The Nest)
Open the evening with a grounding ritual in The Nest, including a Maltese-inspired cacao and herb drink to begin your inward journey.

7:00–8:00pm – Sound Journey & Meditation (Echoes Meditation Space)
Immerse yourself in a guided soundscape of bowls, gongs, and voice, leading into a meditative theta state. A practice designed to align mind, body, and soul with the restorative energy of the equinox.

8:10–8:25pm – Fire Pit Ritual
Gather under the Rabat stars for the first lighting of Verdala’s fire pit, honouring the equinox at its exact moment of transition.

8:30pm – Seasonal Supper
Close the evening with a nourishing autumn harvest meal, shared at the communal table — a celebration of connection, reflection, and belonging.

• The Autumn Equinox Gathering will be held on 22 September 2025 at Verdala Wellness Hotel, Rabat.
• Price: €90 per person.
• Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm participation. Bookings without payment will not be secured.
• Payments are non-refundable. In the event you are unable to attend, tickets may be transferred to another person if notified in advance.
• The event starts strictly at 6:30pm to 10pm.
• Guests are asked to arrive at least 15 minutes before the start time.
• Verdala Wellness Hotel reserves the right to adjust the programme or spaces used if necessary.
• By attending, guests acknowledge that participation in wellness activities is voluntary and that they are responsible for their own wellbeing during the event.
