What time can I check in and check out?
Check in is at 3:00PM and check out is at 12:00PM.
We know you might like to have either an early check in or a late check out, so get in touch with our Front Desk and they will make the required arrangements. Don’t forget, subject to availability and a nominal fee may apply.
Which Credit Cards can I use?
We accept American Express, Maestro, Visa and Master Card. On your check in, you will be requested to fill in your card details to allow access and to guarantee pre-authorisation of the direct payment and of any extras you may wish for us to charge to your account.
When and where are Breakfast and Dinner served?
Breakfast is served from 7:00am to 10:30am at The Copperfield’s Restaurant.
Dinner is served at The Copperfield’s Restaurant between 6:30pm and 9:30pm.
Both Breakfast and Dinner are served at the Buffet counter.
Do I need to bring my own towel when going to the pool?
Not necessarily. Pool towels are available free of charge.
Are there parking facilities available?
Yes, an underground car park facility is found on Levels -2, -3 and -4 against a daily charge. The car park is available 24 hours. Space is on a first-come, first-served basis.
Where can I hire a car?
Car rental facilities are available at the Front Desk. The car hire company has a fleet of different models which are all fully equipped. A valid driving licence from a country of origin is required and don’t forget, driving here is from the left hand side!
Where can I get a Taxi?
Front Desk organises taxis through a reputable firm that has its charges fixed.
Are baby-sitters available?
Yes, experienced and caring Baby-Sitters are available, however, 48 hour notice is required.
If I need some medical assistance, what should I do?
A doctor is on call round the clock, however if needed, St James Hospital is just around the corner and Gzira Polyclinic is in close proximity of the hotel.
Are shops available at the hotel?
Yes, our Gift Boutique offers a variety of gifts, souvenirs, maps and postcards.
What if I want to surprise my loved one with a bouquet of flowers?
Simply place your order at the Front Office or pre-book through the Reservations Department and let us take care of it for you!
I would like to explore the island. Are there any excursions available?
Yes, excursions are available to various destinations in Malta and Gozo. Our Front Office Personnel have all the information and can assist you with the information and bookings.
What about a game of golf?
Sure, an 18-hole golf course is available at the Marsa Sports Club. Golf Clubs and trolleys may be booked with the stewards at the Club.
Or some horse riding?
For horse riding bookings, please apply at the Front Office 24 hours beforehand.
Also, are there any casinos close by?
Yes, The Dragonara Casino is in St. Julian’s. Transport to and from the Casino is also available.
Do you have Wi-Fi?
Yes! Stay connected during your stay at AX The Victoria Hotel with our complimentary Wi-Fi.
Do you offer housekeeping services for the rooms?
Yes, our dedicated housekeeping team ensures that each room is refreshed daily for your utmost comfort.
Is your reception desk available 24/7?
