What time can I check in and check out?
Check in – 1500hrs, Check out – 1100hrs. Early check-in or late check-out can be arranged based on availability.
What is the minimum age requirement for the hotel and V SPA wellness centre?
Guests must be at least 16 years old to use the spa and wellness centre facilities.
Which Credit Cards can I use?
We currently accept Visa, American Express, Maestro, MasterCard, cash payment.
When and where are Breakfast and Dinner served?
Monday to Sunday, between 7:00 AM and 10:30 AM and will be served at The Griffin Brasserie.
Do I need to bring my own towel when going to the pool?
You do not need to bring your own towel when going to the pool, as we provide pool towels for your convenience.
Are there parking facilities available?
The hotel garage offers cutting-edge technology, including number plate recognition for seamless and secure access. With a capacity for up to 20 vehicles, the facility is designed to provide hassle-free parking for both dining and staying guests.
Where can I hire a car?
Our reservations department will be more than happy to suggest rental car hires or can organise transfers for you prior to your arrival.

You can book your transfers with our concierge at any time.
What wellness facilities are available?
Spanning 1,500 square metres, the wellness space includes: Hammam, Infrared cabin, Sauna, Salt cave, Hot & cold baths, Infra Red Energy Loungers, Meditation zone, Health & fitness centre with personal trainers, Studio space for yoga, Pilates and meditation, Two consultation rooms, IV room & Seven treatment rooms.
If I need some medical assistance, what should I do?
If you need medical assistance, please call reception and we will promptly arrange for a doctor to assist you in your room. Additionally, there is a pharmacy within the Verdala concept conveniently located just a 5-minute walk away from our hotel.
What if I want to surprise my loved one with a bouquet of flowers?
You can share your ideas for a special surprise, such as a bouquet of flowers, by sending your request to our reception. We’ll take care of all the arrangements on your behalf.

What about a game of golf?
The hotel has no golf course. The closest golf course to the Verdala Wellness Hotel in Rabat, Malta, is the Royal Malta Golf Club, located 10km away. This 18-hole, par 68 course offers a green oasis just outside Valletta, providing a good challenge for experienced golfers while being accommodating to beginners.

The nearest horseback riding facility to the Verdala Wellness Hotel is Bidnija Horse Riding, located approximately 7 kilometres of the hotel. Alternatively, Golden Bay Horse Riding is another option and is located about 9 kilometres away from the hotel.

Do you offer housekeeping services for the rooms?
In-room housekeeping service is offered on a daily basis between 0900hrs and 1700hrs. Should you wish to not have the service, kindly press the do not disturb button near your bed.
