A selection of mouth-watering composed salads, assortment of marinated and pickled vegetables, homemade charcuteries, decorative platters from land and sea, prepared by our chefs, combining local and international flavours served with various dressings and infused oils.

French onion soup, gruyère cheese croutes (veg)

 

Clam, corn and potato chowder finished with fresh dill

 

PASTA

Paccheri pasta, chicken leg confit, café au lait sauce, mushroom and truffle fricasse’

 

Layered pasta sheets with veal ragu, glazed vegetables, and parmesan cream

 

Goat cheese panzerotti, with roasted pumpkin, confit baby tomatoes, broad beans and sage butter, fresh rucola, ricotta salata shavings

 

CARVERY

Slow roasted boneless leg of spring lamb with rosemary and garlic, red wine reduction

 

Salmon wellington with Emmenthal cheese, wilted leeks and spinach, mustard and chive sauce

Steamed panache of fish and shellfish, prawn reduction, provincial herbs, fennel salad shavings

Gaeng panang’ curry
Chicken curry with sweet and spicy flavours, with a kick of lime leaves, krachai and thai aubergine

 

Gaeng dang supparod ped
Slow-cooked duck leg in a creamy red curry, with pineapple, fresh chillies, and kaffir lime leave

 

Served with steamed jasmine rice, prawn crackers, sweet chili, soy and hoisin sauce
