Slow roasted boneless leg of spring lamb with rosemary and garlic, red wine reduction

Salmon wellington with Emmenthal cheese, wilted leeks and spinach, mustard and chive sauce

Flat rice noodles stir fried with choice of prawns in our homemade pad thai sauce, topped with crushed peanuts & fresh lime

Chicken curry with sweet and spicy flavours, with a kick of lime leaves, krachai and thai aubergine

Gaeng dang supparod ped
Slow-cooked duck leg in a creamy red curry, with pineapple, fresh chillies, and kaffir lime leave

Served with steamed jasmine rice, prawn crackers, sweet chili, soy and hoisin sauce
