Roasted butternut squash velouté with cardamom, roasted pumpkin seeds and coconut cream (VGN)

 

Green pea soup with smoked pork shanks served with crispy cheddar croutes

 

PASTA

Paccheri with red pepper coulis, globe artichokes, roasted eggplant, baby spinach and Pecorino shavings (VEG)

 

Lamb cannelloni with vegetable and provola cheese velouté and cumin spiced tomato ragù
