Roasted butternut squash velouté with miso and roasted pumpkin seeds (VGN)

Smoked haddock and sweetcorn soup with surf clams and vegetable spaghetti

Paccheri with calamari and octopus cassoulet, kalamata olives, datterini tomatoes and fresh mint

Veal lasagna in bianco with baby spinach, pecorino cheese and truffle

CARVERY

Slow-roasted boneless leg of spring lamb, garlic confit and merlot reduction

Smoked and roasted leg of local pork, caramelised granny smith apples, red wine and cinnamon jus
