AX ODYCY Hotel Takes Home Four Wins for Malta at the European Property Awards!

We’re proud to announce that AX ODYCY Hotel has scooped up not one, not two, but FOUR awards at the European Property Awards 2024. This notable achievement puts us on the map in the world of architecture, development, and hospitality.

At the ceremony held on Thursday 17th October at the London Marriott Hotel Grosvenor Square, we won in the following categories for Malta and moreover we were amongst the short-listed few to compete amongst Europe’s finest:

• Leisure Development for Malta
• Commercial Redevelopment for Malta
• Masterplan for Malta
• Hotel Architecture for Malta

With directors Claire Zammit Xuereb leading the concept and creation, and Denise Xuereb driving development and construction, it’s no surprise that AX ODYCY has evolved into an award-winning success.

The awards were collected by Ms Denise Xuereb, AX Group’s Director of Construction and Development, who was at the helm in shaping the hotel’s structure and functionality in the development and construction stages alongside renowned local architectural firm Box Concept Studio in collaboration with designers Mr Simon Abela and Ms Sarah Brincat.

Further to being short-listed for Europe, results of which will be revealed in December, ODYCY could go on to compete with other nominees from across the globe to be recognised in the International Property Awards among the ‘World’s Best’.
