For your own safety and security kindly present your key card when collecting the room key or debiting a charge to your room account. During meals, please present your key card to the restaurant host.

Car rental facilities are available from Guest Relations. The car hire company has a fleet of different models which are available to suit your particular needs, and all are fully equipped. A valid driving licence from country of origin is required. Driving in Malta is on the left-hand side!

Petrol stations are usually open from Monday to Friday from 07:00 until 17:00 hours and on Saturdays from 07:00 until 15:00 hours. Automatic pumps are available when closed.

The nearest sandy beaches are Ghajn Tuffieha and Golden Bay (approximately 15 minutes by car). Other sandy beaches include Mellieha Bay and Paradise Bay. Both beaches are situated towards the north of the island and approximately 20 minutes away by car. Frequent public transport service is also provided to these beaches.

Banks are open from Monday to Saturday. Banks are also available in the area and an ATM is situated further down from the Hotel.

Yes, the Oracle Casino is in St. Paul’s Bay, a short walk away.

A doctor is on call round the clock (against a charge); however, a healthcare centre and the general hospital are about 30 minutes away by car.

Yes, excursions are available to various destinations in Malta & Gozo. Our Guest Relations team have all the information and can assist you with the information and bookings.

No, bathroom towels may not be used at the pool. Pool towels are provided by pool attendants.

For an adults-only swimming experience, head up to Minoa Deck on level 11. And for our adventurous guests ages 13 and up, Cheeky Monkey Waters is just across the road in front of the hotel.
