What time can I check in and check out?
Check in is at 3:00PM and check out is at 12:00PM.
We know you might like to have either an early check in or a late check out, so get in touch with our Front Desk and they will make the required arrangements. Don’t forget, subject to availability and a nominal fee may apply.
Which Credit Cards can I use?
We accept American Express, Diners, Visa and Master Card. On your check in, you will be requested to fill in your card details to allow access and to guarantee pre-authorisation of the direct payment and of any extras you may wish for us to charge to your account.
When and where are Breakfast and Dinner served?
Continental Breakfast is served from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM at Cheeky Monkey Gastropub.
Where can I hire a car?
Car rental facilities are available at the Front Desk. The car hire company has a fleet of different models which are all fully equipped. A valid driving licence from a country of origin is required and don’t forget, driving here is from the left hand side!
Where can I get a Taxi?
Front Desk organises taxis through a reputable firm that has its charges fixed.
What if I want to surprise my loved one with a bouquet of flowers?
Simply place your order at the Front Office or pre-book through the Reservations Department and let us take care of it for you!

Yes, excursions are available to various destinations in Malta and Gozo. Our Front Office Personnel have all the information and can assist you with the information and bookings.
