Cold Counter
A selection of antipasti consisting of fresh and cured meats, seafood, fish and poultry. Fresh and composed salads, terrines and roulades accompanied by dressings and condiments.

Soup
Minestrone, with a mix of fresh vegetables, beans and scented with basil pesto

Pasta
Spaghetti with cherry tomatoes, capers, olives, anchovies and fresh basil
Rigatoni tossed in a butter and fennel seed emulsion topped with crispy Italian sausage and rucola
Lasagne pasta sheet layered with beef ragu and a creamy bechamel sauce

Mains
Fish ‘aqua pazza’
Fish fillets poached in a fish liquor, with cherry tomato, mint, fennel and onion

Veal Milanese
Breaded with breadcrumbs and served with a butter and sage sauce

Chicken Cacciatore
Pan roasted chicken pieces, with a mushroom and marsala sauce

Aubergine parmigiana
Layers of aubergine, with tomato sauce, mozzarella and fresh basil

Oven baked polenta with grana cheese and rosemary
Roast potato with garlic, thyme and lemon zest
Zucchini and carrots served with herb oil

Cheese Station
A selection of cheese served with dried fruit, nuts, batons of vegetables, chutneys and jams
