Chef’s Antipasto Buffet
A spring festivity and mouth-watering selection of antipasti including a fine selection of fish and shellfish, marinated and cured fish, mussels, prawns and more. Cold meat and vegetarian grazing table complimented with compound and simple salads. Accompanied with dressings, pickles, relishes, chutneys, infused oils and sauces

Roast honey and corn cream smoked cheddar croutes
Langoustine bisque finished with lemongrass and coconut milk
Baked lamb gnocchi, wilted spinach crumbled feta and pine nuts
Garganelli allo scoglio
