The First OceanSOS General Assembly will bring together the project team from across the globe to review scientific progress, integrate research outputs, and plan the road ahead. We recommend all delegates to arrive to the venue on Monday 15 March and depart on Friday 19 March.

- Minimum Length of Stay: The quoted rates apply to a minimum stay of 3-nights.
- Confirmation of Booking: Bookings will be confirmed upon receipt of full payment. Payment must be completed via a payment link provided by the hotel via email. A booking confirmation will be issued once payment is processed.
- Non-Refundable Policy: All bookings are non-refundable. No refunds will be issued for cancellations or no-shows.
