A selection of Italian antipasto and master platters including fish, shellfish, compound and simple salads and array of individual items, Japanese sushi and sashimi served with dressings and sauces, oils and vinegars

Roast pumpkin soup finished with 5 spice duck
Langoustine bisque infused with lemon grass and coconut milk
Fagotini speck and fontina cheese, pancetta and lentil cream
Garganelli in a tomato fondue, Mediterranean vegetables and crumbled with feta
