Our Weddings & Events Open Day is designed as an immersive, elegant evening where inspiration, creativity and expertise come together in one of Malta’s most sought-after wedding venues. Step into State Hall, transformed for the evening with our ‘Love & Lemons’ theme, a fresh, Mediterranean-inspired concept set to define weddings for 2026/27. Expect Amalfi-style florals, soft pastel tones, citrus accents and a light, joyful atmosphere designed to be effortless and timelessly elegant.

Throughout the evening, you’ll enjoy:

A four-hour canapé experience, featuring a curated selection of reception favourites including a highly requested return of our pistachio and vanilla sponge cake, alongside refined sweet bites such as chocolate truffles and pastel macarons
Live culinary stations, hosted by our chefs, showcasing how your wedding menu can be interactive, refined and memorable
A dedicated craft-your-own cocktail bar, where you can personalise your drinks experience and take notes for your own celebration
