General
All transactions/bookings carried out on this website are concluded in English.
Environmental contribution by tourists. As from 1 June 2016, all tourists aged 18 and over will be required to pay an environmental contribution of €0.50 for every night spent in Malta, capped at a maximum of €5 per visit. This is NOT included in the room rate.
The Terms and Conditions of use apply to your use of the Site, including all transactions effected by you. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions or any part thereof is rendered void, illegal or unenforceable, it shall be void, illegal and unenforceable to that extent only and the remainder shall remain in full force and effect.

Governing Law and Choice of Forum
